European Wax Center, is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager with a passion for

sales to oversee operations and drive performance.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of retail/sales experience (required)
• Proven success as an effective sales leaders
• Exceptional customer service and social skills including the ability to communicate

effectively in all situations including guest relations, conflict resolution, individual

coaching and group presentations

The Role:

• Drive center and individual metrics
• Infuse the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas
• Create visual tracking and analytical reports
• Assist in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and

delivering exceptional customer service

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends
