Duko is seeking reliable, self-motivated experienced Outside Sales Representative to maintain existing client relationships and develop new accounts to build on company market share. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, and the drive to work efficiently and expediently. We are looking for someone who learns quickly and works well with other people as a team.

Job Duties:

• · Actively visiting potential contractors and showrooms to generate and maintain business relationship.
• · Follow up with potential sales leads, including inactive accounts, to foster new business opportunities.
• · Combine your sales experience with our product offerings to provide exceptional customer service.
• · Consistently following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with clients.
• · Understand stock levels to ensure customer orders are handled effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Sales experience.
• Kitchen and bath fixture experience is highly preferred.
• General proficiency with computers.
• Knowledge of 20/20 design software or e-commerce platform is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and presentation skills are a must.
• Spanish or Korean Speaking is preferred

Compensation Structure :

Base + Commission + Monthly Incentives + Year End Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
