Key Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and actively manage the relationship with identified Key Accounts
- Provide a single point of contact and bridge between Eurofins Food Assurance Operations and identified Key Accounts
- Manage service executions consistent with client protocols and internal operating SOPs
- Manage KPI performance based on client requirements and internal SOPs
- Manage customer expectations in alignment with agreed operating protocols and internal SOPs
- Understand and address service issues and client concerns
- Escalate service issues and client concerns to the responsible Business Unit Manager and Managing Director
- Lead periodic client meetings to review program performance – including development of associated materials
- Understand client needs and concerns to identify opportunities to expand the scope of the Eurofins relationship
- Engage with Key Account Managers from other Eurofins divisions to ensure service considerations are properly coordinated
- Support business development activities for opportunities with new accounts to be designated as Strategic Accounts
Essential Duties:
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by Eurofins and its auditing clients.
- Applies good practices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Regular attendance and punctuality

- Review application and account information with input into pertinent systems.
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge Requirements:
- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Technical – Knowledge of food safety requirements including certification scheme requirements, food product and management system accreditation requirements, quality management systems
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
Education/Experience (BMQ):
HS Diploma, Customer relationship management experience
Additional preferences:
College Degree; Food manufacturing or food safety background
Additional preferences:
HACCP Training; Food Safety Audit Program Experience
