Responsibilities and Duties:

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to understand customer needs and expectations. Inside Sales Reps are also responsible for:

• Generating new sales opportunities and expanding existing sales orders.
• Responding to customer order and quotation requests for multiple and varied accounts.
• Communicating order requirements and requests to necessary internal team members.

• Report to work every scheduled workday and give their best effort to do quality work and show pride in a job well done.
• Use empathy to build relationships with customers and anticipate customer needs.
• Learn all product lines and the scenarios for which specific products would be most appropriate.
• Understand they need to be flexible to do whatever tasks need to be done to meet customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in the waterworks industry. Preference given to those who possess waterworks industry and product knowledge and can use this knowledge to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Proven success in an inside sales position in which excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills were necessary.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Scheduled Workdays are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, however must be flexible and willing to work beyond these hours to meet the needs of our customers when needed.
