We are seeking an energetic professional Sales P&C Insurance Agent, or P&C & Life Insurance Agent. Responsibilities

• SALES, SALES, SALES
• High level of activity- phone calls, texts, emails
• Complete new business onboarding
• Schedule insurance reviews and new business appointments
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Career minded vision.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Pay:

• Commission split depending on experience and qualifications
• Generous commission on all new business
• No caps on commission or upside potential

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85000

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Insurance sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• P&C and or Life and Health license (Preferred)
