Kent Bouvier Insurance Company, a leading provider of insurance products and services, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property and Casualty Licensed Account Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on various insurance products, including property and casualty coverage
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and identify coverage gaps or opportunities for additional products
- Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and ensure prompt resolution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and Allstate products and services
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Valid Property and Casualty insurance license
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of insurance-related software systems

Pay: $41,751.62 - $50,281.52 per year
