The ideal candidate for this role is someone who excels at building strong relationships with customers, is passionate about home remodeling and design, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging scheduled appointments and utilizing your interpersonal skills to develop a book of business that generates referrals and other sales leads.
At ADU, we take great pride in training our sales team to set them up for success. Even if you don't have prior experience in this specific field, we are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right individual with Business to Business sales experience.

Position Responsibilities
- Develop lasting customer relationships with builders, designers, and other prospective businesses and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with customers to develop appliance selections that fit with their design for each project
- Consistent follow up and communication with customers on orders by staying current with project timelines, schedules, and status of deliveries.
- Make cold calls to generate sales leads
- Conduct follow-up calls and in-person meetings
Position Requirements
- At leat two years B2B Sales Experience. Appliance sales experience or Business to Business builder trade material sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to develop a rapport
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Vehicle for full-time use
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Available to work two Saturdays per month from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
- Participation in occasional training and attending events that require overnight or local travel
Compensation
- Base salary commensurate on experience
- Commission stipend during the first year of employment
- Uncapped commission plan
