Responsibilities:

-Deliver an excellent customer experience

-Answer customer questions over the phone and in-person

-Continued learning of brands, products and uses

-Communicate & follow-up with customers and their projects

-Build relationships with customers

-Be knowledgeable & make suggestions for customer’s desired project

-Manage multiple projects at one time

Requirements:

-Knowledge of construction materials & uses

-Organized

-Attention to detail

-Adaptable to fast pace environment

-Ability to multi-task

-Flexible and are a team-player

-Ability to work nights - 8 PM and weekends - 5 PM

-Ability to lift 40 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
