PFS is looking for a Senior Account Manager who exudes these qualities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Duties will include:

• Certificates of Insurance (easy and difficult)
• Endorsements
• Cancellations
• Auto ID Cards
• Audits
• Change requests including adding drivers, vehicles, etc.
• Policy Checking
• Ordering and attaching Loss Runs
• Updated certs and drivers
• Pre-renewal proposals

2. Manages client relationships and is in charge of daily servicing of client accounts.

3. Issues cancelations and/or sends reinstatement notices to the insured.

4. Responsible for making sure insurance data in the agency management system is current and accurate for each client.

5. Manage commercial account renewals which include:

• Request renewal documents from the insured.
• Request renewal quotes and prepare marketing submissions for other carriers.
• Maintain relationships with underwriters.
• Review quotes and prepare insurance proposals for Risk Advisors.
• Issues Binders and Prepares and distributes certificates of insurance.

6. Manage commercial new business quotes which include:

• Entering information into the system.
• Reviewing insureds’ existing coverage.
• Creating marketing submissions to carriers.
• Review quotes and prepare insurance proposals for Risk Advisors.
• Offering risk advice along with the Risk Advisor.
• Issues Binders and Prepares and distributes certificates of insurance.

7. Responsible for collecting outstanding payments from the insured.

8. May or may not include managing a team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Current Colorado P&C License within first 3 months of hire.

· Insurance designation preferred and/or adequate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
