Lawn Capital is currently seeking a Landscape Account Manager for our landscape maintenance department. The Landscape Account Manager serves as the primary contact for Lawn Capital clients and crews. The main job responsibilities include building and sustaining long-term client relationships, creating & closing ancillary sales, & providing oversight for field operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a schedule to perform “site walkthroughs” to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Proactively create bids & proposals for site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
• Ensure renewals of current accounts within the maintenance department portfolio.
• Provide and maintain a safe environment for employees, customers, and the general public.
• Communicate regularly with the property manager or homeowner to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
• Address & manage the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Track crew progress & make day-to-day decisions on maintenance team strategy.
• Seek new client leads & opportunities
• Maintain, optimize, and adjust each crew’s calendar for maintenance routes
• Purchase and record inventory levels of consumable items used during the maintenance operations

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience in the commercial landscape industry.
• 3 years of customer service, management, or leadership experience within an organization in the landscaping industry.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.

This is a salaried position with weekly pay based on experience & expertise of the landscape management field. Commission will be part of compensation. This job is located in Decatur, Georgia.
