DESCRIPTION
We are growing again! We’re looking for an Account Manager, passionate and with an appetite to learn and be inquisitive. You will help ensure the success of high-profile marketing and branding projects. Ideally, you have an understanding of the latest digital and cultural products, trends, and patterns. You are a team-player who works toward the common goals and purpose of our agency and client business. Healthcare industry experience a plus.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Mid-level: 3-5+ years
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE
3-5+ years account and/or project experience, including account management for branding/advertising campaigns
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Marketing/Advertising, Business, etc.) preferred or equivalent course / work experience.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Strategic thinking capabilities at all account levels; Experience working with and managing internal and external partner networks; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets); General business knowledge; Financial management skills; Presentation building and presenting; Project Management Software
KEY DUTIES
Manage the client relationship including day-to-day, efficiently and accurately managing all project requests in a deadline-driven environment
Provide strategic thinking and responsiveness across all client project segments; Act as key category expert about client business and brand performance
Manage, develop and present cost estimates as formal budgets to the client, ensuring adherence to all costs and budgets
Manage creative revisions and approvals process between clients and creative teams
Receive and understand project briefs from SAM/AD or from clients and manage work through creative. Develop formal agency briefs, translating from client verbal and written briefs to TILT templates
Facilitate and organize regular internal and external status calls
Champion account/project team's execution of quality assurance, version control and proofreading processes using internal management tools
Leadership and guidance to the junior-level account team, refining and developing management and strategic direction skills
Be alert to business opportunities and work with your SAM/AD to help leverage those opportunities
Other duties as directed by Management

Building and maintaining the client relationship
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Support in the development of new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement (organic growth)
Development, documentation and measurement of all assigned scopes of work
Building and collaborating with the internal and external teams needed to deliver project solutions
Management of all assigned project financials
Learn the Client’s business better than they know it themselves
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
11-20% (POST-COVID-19) - Will depend on client portfolio
SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$80,000 per year
