Summary of Position:

As a Sales Audit Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for performing internal audits of sales transactions, generating reports, and various other accounting functions. You must have good communication and analytical skills, be self-motivated and successfully develop a broad, cross-departmental understanding of a fun organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform daily internal audits of sales transactions processed in the point of sales systems.

· Verify accuracy of sales audit and transaction amounts to ensure data is complete and consistent with current practices and procedures.

· Research and resolve sales audit and transactional issues with Castles and external customers.

· Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, credit card and wire payments.

· Meet all required time schedules and month end deadlines.

· Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required. AA degree in Accounting or Certificate in Accounting preferred.

· 1-3 years’ minimum general accounts receivable or accounts payable experience required.

· Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with an attention to detail.

· Self- starter with time management and problem-solving skills.

· Strong work ethic; team player attitude.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must possess professional attitude to represent Medieval Times in a positive manner.

· Proficient PC skills with strong emphasis in Microsoft Office suite.

· Microsoft Business Central or Navision or other comparable systems a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
