Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grow overall revenue for the division, with a focus on new customer acquisition
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit divisional sales targets for commercial, residential, and service segments of the business
• Engage with all customers and ensure top level of customer service
• Coordinate site visits for roof evaluations and reports
• Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts
• Manage leads that come into the office with high sense of responsiveness
• CRM pipeline management
• Recruit and hire new sales team members as needed
• Provide regular training and development for sales team
• Lead, manage and hold team accountable for sales, bid activity, new customer acquisition, and company values
• Support sales team in sales presentations, lunch and learn events, association involvement, and overall business development functions
• Review and oversee all estimating functions for the division
• Support marketing efforts of the company
• Coordinate communication and project management of all jobs between sales and operations
• Collaborate with divisional and company leadership to support financial goals and responsibilities
• Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Support and abide by the values of the company, while executing company vision
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

5+ years in sales/sales manager, 3+ years in Roofing/construction

• Acceptable driving record

• Commercial Estimating experience preferred
