Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales & Marketing Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and increase revenue at DPV Transportation. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies while overseeing marketing efforts. This position presents an exciting opportunity to be part of the Senior Leadership Team and contribute significantly to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales & Marketing Teams: Manage and coordinate DPV's sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance.
- Expand Sales Channels: Supervise existing sales channels and partnerships while actively seeking out new opportunities for growth.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the strategic planning process at DPV and work closely with the executive team and board of directors.
- Standardized Outreach: Create a standardized outreach approach for current and prospective clients, coordinating its implementation across sales, client management, and marketing.
- Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the executive team to develop growth strategies, aligning efforts to meet revenue goals.
- Performance Metrics: Establish accountability within the company by developing relevant metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions based on these metrics.
- Revenue Pipeline Management: Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, making necessary adjustments to ensure sustainable growth.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Manage an in-person and virtual sales team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience across all segments and profiles.
Qualifications:
- Aligns with DPV's Core Values
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Strong experience with RFPs, including reading, interpreting, and writing them
- Proven track record in sales and marketing
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound marketing techniques
- Demonstrated success in business development
- Ability to grow sales through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Experience in the transportation industry (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrates effective leadership skills
- Experience closing deals over $5 million
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with Fortune [please apply online] brands
Compensation:
Annual Base: $80,000 - $100,000
Comprehensive compensation package: $100,000 +
