Job Title: Roof Consultant

Location: Greater Boston

Job Summary:

Aspen Roofing Services is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Roof Consultant to perform sales & estimation, planning, and execution of roofing projects. The Roof Consultant will be responsible for initial customer contact, designing and estimating residential and commercial roofing/skylight/gutter jobs, and managing the entire project lifecycle from initial planning to completion. The successful candidate will have a customer service and relationship building mindset, keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, a go-getter mentality, and be able to handle multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers and held design, specify, and price roofing projects
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate roofing projects, including managing crews, ordering and scheduling materials, and communicating with customers
• Ensure crews have all materials, tools, and other items needed to complete the job in a way that meets high quality and timeliness standards.
• Be the "day-of" point person to ensure project goes smoothly
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues that arise during the project
• Prepare and submit project reports to management
• Ensure safety and compliance regulations are adhered to
• Monitor and manage project budgets
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and employees
• Enter all project information into company CRM and track progress on a regular basis
• Provide project updates to management on a regular basis, both formally and informally.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of roofing or construction experience
• 1+ years of sales, operations, or project management experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be affable, customer service oriented, and have sense of urgency
• Proficient with standard computer programs (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.) and ability to learn and use web-based CRM, estimating, and planning software.
• Detail and results oriented

Pay and Benefits:

· Salary plus uncapped commission. Base salary depending on experience and qualifications

Other Job Information:

• Monday-Friday 6:30am-4pm, Some occasional nights and weekend availability could be required based on projects
• Must be able and willing to safely inspect roofs on residential and commercial buildings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
