The Automotive Internet Sales Manager role is designed for someone who enjoys being on the phone/computer, talking to people, and overcoming challenges. Within the Internet Sales Department, we are looking to increase our online presence as the department continues to grow. This individual will utilize the customer’s preferred method of contact with the overall goal of having the customer visit us at the Dealership.

Job Responsibilities for Automotive Internet Sales Manager

• Contact customers through all three methods of contact (call, text, and email) utilizing the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to respond to internet sales leads with a daily outbound goal
• Follow up with new inbound leads, confirm appointments, missed appointments and unsold Customers while working and coaching alongside our Sales Team
• Monitor our website of inventory for quality
• Assist with team trainings and trouble shoot any performance problems.

Requirements for Automotive Internet Sales Manager:

• Successful Sales background, Automotive preferred
• Strong computer/internet, mobile/Smart phone skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Self-Starter but also able to work successfully as a member of a team
