REMOTE/HYBRID POSITION - US-BASED APPLICANTS ONLY

**If you are a Property and Casualty and/or Life/Health licensed agent....this opportunity may be for you.

**If you have experience as a State Farm team member that is a plus

Duties:

- Conduct follow-up activities to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Market insurance policies to potential clients and explain coverage options
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Cross-selling, upselling, and adding additional coverages based on needs-based selling
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

**BASE PAY PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS AND BONUSES

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $41,925.00 - $52,896.00 per year
