Pharmasol is a small to midsize privately held contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) of personal care products for prominent global brands and retailers in the health care and cosmetics industries. We currently have an opening for a Business Development Manager.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and competitors.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights.

Experience:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related field.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
