Full description of the position

Inside Sales Representative

Salary - $45k plus Commision and Bonuses!

Location - Atlanta, GA

In Office Not Remote


RoofClaim is building a team of inside sales representives to bridge the gap between our homeowners need for a roof replamcent and our ability to provide them a brand new roof, virtually!


We're Seeking:

Responsibilities:

  • Properly qualify inbound leads
  • Actively listen and understand customers’ needs to properly overcome objections
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in a CRM system
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
  • Virtual presentations to customers
  • Consistent follow-up

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude: A positive attitude and confident demeanor can help build rapport with customers and overcome objections
  • Self-motivation: A successful phone salesperson is driven to reach and exceed sales targets
  • Strong Communication skills: The ability to communicate with customers clearly and effectively over the phone is crucial in this role
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills: An ideal candidate should be able to effectively persuade and negotiate with customers to close sales
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing customer needs, trends, and customer offerings, is important in this role
  • Performance-driven mindset: The ideal candidate should have a track record of achieving sales goals and be motivated by results
