Now Hiring - Commercial Lines Account Manager in Somerset, OH

Wichert Insurance is looking for a full-time commercial lines account manager to work from our Somerset office.

The Commercial Lines Account Manager provides customer service, policy maintenance and coverage placement for an assigned group of insureds.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to external customers and work as a team with fellow commercial lines account managers and sales associates
• Process various insurance transactions needed to maintain proper insurance coverage for our clients including quoting & issuing new business, and making policy changes
• Review current policies and complete submissions in order to obtain quotes for small to mid-sized commercial lines property-casualty business.
• Develop formal proposals of insurance including details of coverage, limits, deductibles and other pertinent information
• Maintain client files according to company standards

Knowledge & Skills Required

• 3 or more years experience working with commercial lines insurance
• Licensed in state of Ohio for property-casualty insurance
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of agency management system--AMS360 & ImageRight preferred
• Computer operation and keyboarding skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
