World Connection is looking for energetic and empathetic Customer Service Agents who are bilingual in Spanish to support one of our VIP customers! In this role you will be taking inbound calls and providing B2B support. The responsibilities include:

· Order Taking

· Order Tracking

· Assist with online and item information

· Answering inbound CS and Sales calls

· Establish relationships with customers to gain future opportunities

· Answering customer questions about invoices, billing, and payments

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

·Bilingual in Spanish

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively

· Basic computer skills

· Must have strong basic math skills and understands measurements such as feet, yards, inches, etc.

· Patient and empathetic attitude

· Strong time management skills

· Familiar with time zones across US

Education and Experience:

Needed Education: Highschool /GED

A minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
