As the Marketing Account Manager you will:
Train and Develop Franchisees
- Support, guide and consult franchisees to develop local marketing communication plans for their local markets. This could include assisting in identifying marketing objectives, strategy guidance, budget development support with local website creation and optimization, assisting with media allocation and on-going campaign optimization.
- Assist franchisees in applying Hello Garage standard best practices to each market, including digital campaigns, branded collateral, websites, etc.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts within Hello Garage to add value to local marketing efforts.
- Gather local market insights and trends to share with the Marketing team and identify local and regional opportunities.
- Advise franchisees on how they spend their local advertising dollars.
- Work with agency partners and Director of Marketing on developing local media plans/tactics that help build long term value and achieve lead goals,
- Proactively contact franchisees to offer support and build relationships.
- Move quickly to address franchisee issues and deliver on everything promised.
Hello Garage Franchisee Onboarding
- Training and onboarding of new franchise groups as it relates to marketing.
- Collaborate with Hello Garage onboarding coach to develop efficiencies in onboarding.
- Obtain pertinent information to get franchisees’ marketing up and running within days of signing FA.

Create Content, Tools and Training for Franchisees
- Identify franchisee needs for content, tools and training.
- Develop content (widgets) for local sites to support SEO efforts.
- Research best practices in marketing and be ahead of the curve on content, tools and training we present to the network.
- Create tools and training utilizing the Learning Management System
- Conduct high quality training for franchisees
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience within internal marketing departments, ad agencies; or, a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record;
- Knowledge and proficiency using MS Office, Facebook Instagram, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of digital media and SEO strategies as well as marketing data analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
