Southeast Regional Sales Manager in Alma, GA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager – Southeast. You will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, increasing brand awareness, and promoting our products and services to retail distributor targets within the Southeastern region.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement:
a. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the Region.
b. Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
c. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently closing deals and generating new business.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
a. Establish and foster strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, including buyers, regional managers and store managers.
b. Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor to our distributor customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
c. Conduct regular check-ins and visits to retail and distributor locations to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
3. Market Expansion:
a. Develop a deep understanding of the region and market, including competitor analysis market trends, and consumer preferences.
b. Actively promote our products and services, showcasing our product capabilities and competitive advantages to our distributor partners.
c. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and any other industry events, as needed.
4. Sales Reporting:
a. Track sales activity and account updates in company CRM database and provide updates weekly to Sales Leadership.
b. Analyze market data, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions to optimize sales performance.
c. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales support, sales leadership and the General Manager.
5. Account Support:
a. Provide ongoing support and assistance to our retail and distributor partners, resolving and issues or concerns that may arise.
b. Keep abreast of product updates, pricing, promotional campaigns and/or any seasonality decreases/increases in demand.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably with retail/distributors
· Strong communication skills, the ability to build a rapport and establish effective relationships
· Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
· Self-motivated and results oriented, with a demonstration ability to work independently
· Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
· Must live in the region, preferrable GA or FL
· Salary and bonus based on experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
