Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and assertive Phone Room Manager and Closer who can drive performance and results within our high-paced phone sales department. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage a team, train them to hit their targets consistently and have a proven track record of closing deals. This individual must be a skilled communicator, possess strong leadership qualities, and have a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of the phone room, including scheduling, training, and monitoring team performance.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Act as a closer for complex or high-value sales opportunities.
Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
Implement an aggressive sales culture that prioritizes customer conversion.
Meet and exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
Maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a sales manager or similar leadership role.
Exceptional ability to close sales and a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively pitch products and services.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to create and implement strategic sales plans.
Comfortable with high-pressure, fast-paced work environments.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
