Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (DOE) + Quarterly Commission Potential + Benefits

Administrative Sales Support Coordinator Description
Our client is looking for a Administrative Sales Support Coordinator to add to their team. You will support one of their top Regional Account Managers while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced work environment, ensuring key accounts and customers have the product they need to maintain their operations. Our client is looking for someone with at least one year of professional work experience providing administrative support. To be successful in this role, it will be essential for you to be a proactive problem solver, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Administrative Sales Support Responsibilities
- Drive gross margin growth within quoting and contract pricing parameters
- Attend weekly planning meetings with Regional Sales Manager to discuss successes and challenges with assigned accounts
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, milestones, and results
- Meet or exceed sales and performance objectives,
- Assist in gathering information needed to support product pricing and quotations
- Provide updates on high-value matters
- Support product launch activities and follow up on trade shows
- Utilize and support the use of all technology platforms
Administrative Sales Support Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative support experience required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, required
