Creating professional relationships and connections with local affinity groups and leadership team is where our focus is this year. Our goal is to build trust through integrity and consistent, professional communication. This full-time Entry-Level Business Development Representative position is perfect for someone with an outgoing personality and who is eager to create new business relationships. If you work well in a professional work environment with a like-minded go-getter team, this Entry-Level Business Development Representative position is for you!

Entry-Level Business Development Representative Responsibilities include:

  • Selling the Company’s brand and marketing programs to provide supplemental insurance programs to members of affinity groups
  • Maintain and foster professional relationships through in-person marketing to various affinity groups, new and pre-existing
  • Schedule meetings with Presidents, CEOs, or Senior Level decision-makers at Labor Unions, Credit Unions, Associations, School Districts, and Community Organizations.
  • Professional communication skills are a must

This is a full-time Entry-Level Business Development Representative position with a base salary, a full benefits package, and unlimited bonus potential. Your performance and organizational skills ultimately determine your overall success with us!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,295.26 per year
