In this role, you will identify, assess, and structure technical and financial solutions that address our customers' renewable energy and efficiency needs. Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee and/or perform Helioscope design and budgeting of projects.
  • Audit sites as required for PV solar installation suitability, environmental limitations, structural limitations, etc.
  • Develop professional quality proposal content for technically complex, multi-site PV solar and battery storage systems (BESS) installations.
  • Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and Scope of Work/proposals (i.e. Electrical and Structural partners).
  • Develop proposals, reports, and presentations in collaboration with the Solar Analyst.
  • Prepare project technical write-ups and detailed project costing.
  • Network within the industry.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Financial planning and budget experience with the ability to develop a business case.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • MS Office, Excel, Word, and Adobe proficiency.
  • Current knowledge of best practices as they relate to solar and storage projects.

We value the following self-leadership qualities:

  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious, with a high sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A healthy dose of common sense, coupled with strong critical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Emotional maturity, with a healthy work-life balance. They view work as a facet of life, not the defining factor of their identity.
  • A strong sense of self-sustainability. They are "fully formed," able to drive their tasks independently without constant hand-holding.
  • Humility and openness to reality. They receive and act on feedback with grace, using it as a tool for growth and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NABCEP Certification.
  • Additional experience related to O&M or M&V on projects.

Required Education or Certification:
