Now Hiring - Equipment Sales Coordinator in Lawrenceville, GA

Equipment Sales Coordinators (EC’s) contribute to the achievement of sales goals by supporting Equipment Sales Representatives (ESR’s), coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The EC's responsibilities include supporting sales by answering customer and interdepartmental phone calls & emails, creating and modifying quotations, processing orders, scheduling shipments, facilitating payments, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer issues. EC’s should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. EC’s should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with ESR to create and maintain accurate quotes

· Assist ESR with project drawing process

· Coordinate with ESR to administer order documents to and from customer

· Assist ESR with payment collection

· Coordinate with ESR to administer order documents interdepartmentally to place orders

· Request & relay shipment tracking to ESR and IM from Sonny’s EC

· Coordinate with Installation Manager (IM) to support project needs

· Coordinate interdepartmentally for project change orders and delivery date changes

· Assist ESR’s with phone support to ensure all calls are answered. Assist customers as required

· Assist customer with any issues on order after delivery

· Assist customer with RMA/Returns requests as necessary

· Address & resolve customer issues, escalating as needed

· Maintain knowledge of products and services

· Assist with documentation of workflow and work procedures

Qualifications:

· High school diploma/GED required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office required: Word, Excel, & Outlook

· Proficiency in Salesforce preferred

· Previous inside sales and/or administrative support experience: 2+ years

· Car wash industry experience preferred
