Full description of the position

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Field Sales Director (FSD) is a key role for the strategic planning, execution, and management of sales growth within a territory in the field. The FSD is responsible for communicating the corporate sales objectives within appointed marketplace. The FSD needs to effectively collaborate with the corporate team members to manage all aspects of the Sales/Education to drive the brands success in field . This position is responsible for the successful implementation and effective time management to maximize growth, brand awareness, and relationships with new (emphasis on NEW) as well as existing Keratin Complex Salons and Stylists ; managing daily, weekly, monthly sales and territory plans; and contributing to the development of the Company’s overall strategic plan to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in beauty sales including management experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.

· Proven ability to drive sales, build relationships and excel in new business development.

· Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.

· Proven leadership.

· Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on, strategic approach to business.

· Ability to work from home office and during traveling throughout your assigned market.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution.

· Computer literate -- familiarity with full Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

· Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
