RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities of our Sales Director include, but are not limited to:
- Leadership, Management and Accountability of the inside and outside sales teams
- Creating overall Sales strategy
- Building an inside sales team and creating a replicable sales process
- Responsible for orientation of new employees company wide
- Responsible for hiring additional sales reps, conducting orientations and training
- Will be the face of the company, responsible for executing live and virtual educational courses
- Relationship building with referral partners and creation of new referral connections
- Responsible for Marketing, including social media and email marketing
- Creating and developing departmental budgets
*This is a full-time in-person role, operating out of the Decatur, GA offices. Some (quarterly) travel to the Charleston, SC area required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience building and leading an inside or outside sales team
- Experience speaking to groups of 20+
- Responsibility for departmental budgets
Preferred
- Director-level experience building and leading inside and outside sales teams simultaneously
- Experience creating and executing in-person / virtual educational and training programs
- Sales forecasting experience
- Social media marketing experience
- B2B marketing or sales experience
- HubSpot experience
Desired
- Real Estate industry experience
- B2C marketing experience
- Familiar with EOS

Salary: $125k - $150k total compensation
Benefits: Health insurance package, with Dental and Vision available; PTO, in addition to 7 paid holidays; up to 4% matching 401k plan
