As an Account Manager with [please apply online] you will work with clients small to large to help effectively develop and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy based on their hiring needs. You will be responsible for articulating and advocating for a series of dynamic solutions that best support the client’s objectives.
The primary responsibility will be managing and developing aviation companies’ programs with JSfirm.com by understanding their needs and identifying/ creating the most comprehensive and effective solution.
Training: Length of in-house training program is based on individual's experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and presenting appropriate packages and solutions based on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key personnel in customer accounts
- Cultivating leads, and maximizing the efforts of the marketing team
- Develop, and execute multi-tier structure of customer outreach
- Identify opportunities to grow business in key accounts
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions
- Work as part of a team and deliver world class customer service
- New business development
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals and daily metrics
- Manage all aspects of account management and business development processes
- Meet and exceed daily activity to ensure business growth and profitability
- Manage and develop existing accounts, identify, and prospect for new
- Build positive relationship with existing customers for repeat business
- Maintain awareness of competitor products, services, strengths, weaknesses, and pricing
- Leverage competitive information to identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement
- Contribute to improved customer satisfaction, product offerings and packages.
- Collaborate with account team to improve selling and marketing strategies improving overall customer satisfaction and results.
- Maintain integrity and quality in all business-related communication and activities.
Qualifications:
- Business to Business sales experience
- Strategic/Need-based sales experience
- Ability to communicate, present to, and influence decision makers
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Ability to maintain and grow

Pay: $55,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
