Insurance Customer Service Agent.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Current Insurance License or ability to obtain Insurance License
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
• Enjoy interaction with people
• Organizational skills
• Ability to follow directions and procedures
• Problem solving abilities

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct support to customers and prospects
• Interacting with clients, prospects, and insurance company underwriters
• Accurate and timely preparation of insurance quotes, proposals
• Maintaining and updating insureds data base
• New and renewal account marketing with highly rated insurance companies
• Preparing documents and materials for prospect and client meetings
• Process client billing and change requests via insurance company
• No cold calling or soliciting required
