Top Tier Solar Solutions is a family owned company with the fastest growing volume on the East coast. Our expectation is that you are constantly developing in your abilities and knowledge surrounding the product and how best to sell it.

Our high-level closing teams run 2-3 company leads 5-6 days/wk and present to qualified solar prospects. We invest heavily into lead generation and are actively searching for additional TOP TIER in-home salespeople to create an exceptional customer experience, close above our 50% company average, and follow up well enough to generate additional referrals.
