Objective

The Junior Sales Executive is responsible for setting sales appointments (i.e., 5-10) for the Sales team and selling B2B building maintenance solutions. Work with the Sales team to support the bid process and follow-up communications.

Essential functions

· Identify janitorial sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate appointments.

· Sell City Wide services to potential prospects that results in ($X,xxx) sales per month.

· Assist the sales team by providing product information, share sales ideas, gather competitive market data, and the development of sales quotes.

· Manage all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

· Handle incoming phone calls and requests for information.

· Support sales initiatives to achieve goals through calling and email campaigns.

· Support the sales team by creating sales presentation, scheduling appointments with prospects, communicating lost accounts and competitor analysis.

Position Requirements

· Recent College Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree/College Jr or Senior or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment.

· Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus.

· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform

· Excellent communication skills (written/oral)

· Prior history of building and establishing relationships

· Capable of working independently and as team
