Courtesy Buick GMC is adding to our team of high energy Automotive Sales Consultants! We are one of the best dealerships, serving the greater Birmingham area for almost 3 decades.

Previous Sales/Customer service experience is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot
• Communicate with customers, present our vehicle, and identify their needs
• Be the vehicle expert
• Perform demonstrations of new/used vehicles, presenting vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
• Overcome objections
• Create rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
• Follow up with customers
• Anser/make calls and respond to internet inquiries/generate leads

Qualifications:

• Motivation to be successful
• Social media skills are a plus
• Great customer service skills
• Must be able to overcome objections
• Professional appearance
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Must hold a valid Alabama driver's license
• Must be a current resident and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must pass pre employment testing to include background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,288.98 - $140,071.42 per year
