35-year-old landscape company is looking for immediate help in the general Annapolis / Southern Maryland area!

Job Position: Inside sales, estimate preparation, estimate follow-up & lead qualification & general administrative duties.

Expected work hours: Monday-Friday – from 8am-5pm

Job Description is as follows:

Our team is looking to add a full-time inside sales assistant to provide support to our outside sales and account managers as well as other office administrative duties. Must be sales oriented, detailed, and organized as well as a team player!

Experience:

The following are helpful, but not required:

-Landscaping knowledge

-Must have a proven track record in sales & be sales oriented

-Must demonstrate the ability to handle objections, stalls, & put-offs.

-Must demonstrate strong organization skills

-Must demonstrate professional, effective, and clear communication skills

-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Job Duties Include:

-Prepare and send estimates/proposals for the outside Account Managers

-Timely follow-up with each customer to see that they received their proposal, has any questions, needs any further assistance, etc.

-Answer daily telephone calls/emails from the office and customers and complete any tasks necessary.

-Work with the outside Account Managers to review all paperwork, leads, outstanding information needing completion, calls/correspondence with customers, etc.

-Respond to and qualify leads that come via email or our overnight answering service.

-Assist with any marketing, mailing, & phone calls to assist with any current promotions.

-Answer questions and address any concerns from customers

-Other duties and tasks as assigned

Salary & Benefits:

This is a salary position – starting at $45,000 per year (depending on experience)

Weekly pay – direct deposit is available.
