Full description of the position

We are a wholesale fashion jewelry company looking for sales representative/account manager to grow with our company.

*Must be able to communicate in Korean and English*
Fluency in Korean is a must to be able to communicate with some of our customers.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Manage assigned customer accounts including managing orders, invoicing and ensuring all order/shipping details are provided.
• Create catalogs using our EDI system for new and existing customers.
• Schedule and take part in new sample sales meetings (in office and traveling).
• Establish positive working relationships with our customers.
• Assist team in office organization.

Requirements:

• Must be able to communicate in Korean and English.
• Ability to build working customer relationships to ensure continuous growth with them.
• Handle customer requests over the phone and in person.
• Organized and positive, problem solving attitude.
• Must be able to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
