Full description of the position

Account Executive – Commercial Team

Join an exciting organization and help transcend the optimal patient experience. We are searching for an Account Executive, with sales experience, to launch and drive sales growth for EltieMed Laboratories in our expanded markets.

The Account Executive position is responsible for driving volume and revenue growth, while managing direct relationships with medical groups, independent physician practices, long term care facilities, pain management clinics, and health systems to help accelerate adoption of EliteMed’s robust menu of services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas/objectives, while positioning EliteMed as the preferred lab service partner among physicians as a true alternative to their current reference lab model.

· Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts across multiple call points, to include internal medicine, pain management, toxicology, cardiology, and urgent care facilities.

· Successfully navigate customers at the account level to understand processes and identify key stakeholders for effective selling engagement.

· Identify trends through analytics, regular data reviews and non-traditional, less obvious data sources; leverage to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and plan for long-term opportunities.

· Execute communication plans, enabling expanded collaboration arrangements between provider offices and EliteMed Laboratories.

· Educate territory’s prospective accounts on EliteMed’s sales campaigns promotions, new service offerings, programs, and specialty initiatives.

· Effectively manage sales pipeline in CRM and provide an accurate monthly forecast and territory narrative.

· Represent EliteMed Laboratories with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.

· Develop effective sales approach, respond to difficult questions and overcome customer objections utilizing contingency plans.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3+ years of direct selling experience in diagnostics or life sciences focusing on the hospital and physician lab market.

· Demonstrated experience leading direct engagement with healthcare providers, including PCPs, specialists, medical groups, and health systems to expand market reach.

· Ability to foster and grow relations within independent physician office call point.

· Track record of delivering against set objectives while operating in entrepreneurial, fast-moving environments.

· Demonstrated business acumen and organizational savvy while regularly collaborating with resources in marketing, sales support, lab operations, and other functional areas within the organization.

· Ability to influence decision makers to adopt new technologies and workflows

· Exceptional communication and consultative skills to employ solutions-based selling.

· Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills

· Strong negotiation skills

· Demonstrated experience working in an entrepreneurial environment with a track record of success launching new products and initiatives.

· Accurate forecasting capabilities throughout the sales cycle.

· Comfortable navigating through ambiguity while demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing strategies, policies, and work environment.

· Work independently as well as collaborate with peers in a fast-paced and cross-functional team environment.

· Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

PRIMARY LOCATION:

Fort Worth, TX

Physically, the day-to-day functions of the role require:

§ Standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time

§ Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs.

§ A normal range of vision and hearing (inclusive of candidates using corrective measures such as glasses or hearing aids)

§ Occasional repetitive motions
