SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator for the Energy segment, based out of the Houston office, will be responsible for the management of various prequalification platforms to ensure compliance with Client requirements, reporting of various sales metrics for the business units, and the assistance in creating Client presentations. Travel may be required periodically to support the business units.

JOB DUTIES

• Manage the prequalification platforms to ensure accounts are active and invoices are submitted appropriately for up-to-date payment
• Assist with award submissions for a minimum of 4 business units within the segment (PD&C, PIC, PWM, and Heavy Civil) with the help of the sales and marketing group
• Assist in the management of ISNetworld content for the business units within the segment
• Assist in the management of Avetta content for the business units within the segment
• Attend monthly, quarterly, and annual training for the prequalification sites, as required
• Collect HSE Statistics (inclusive of site trackers, incident data, and mileage), OSHA logs, and other HSE related information for the purpose of including the prequalification sites, bid proposals, and Client presentations
• Develop and update client presentations
• Complete weekly NBT reports with monthly change order updates
• Complete weekly job reports for the business units within the segment
• Complete quarterly marketing reports and revenue charts, based on WIPs
• Complete job set up in Access database for generation of project profiles
• Assist with material proposals (HSE statistics, project experience lists, technical questionnaires) for the business units within the segment
• Manage the events and reservations calendar for the corporate ranch
• Other duties as required by management

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Previous experience with the management of prequalification records in ISNetworld and Avetta is preferred
• 1 - 2 years’ related work experience would be considered an asset
• Skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills are considered critical
• Completion of assigned work with minimal supervision is essential
