Our sales management team is enthusiastic to train and mentor you to be as successful as they are in fostering long-term healthcare provider relationships and providing hands-on support for patients that obtain a device.
Duties and responsibilities
· Develop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales goals
· Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
· Ensure maximum market penetration and coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of company exposure
· Develop and act on plans which identify opportunities within current client base and help formulate sales strategies
· Manage expenses and adhere to company policies and procedures
· Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, clients and their staff, administrative staff, etc.
· Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to clients
· Probe to understand and confirm client’s needs, processes, handle objections and gain commitments
· Maintain existing business and develop and expand new business opportunities
· Represent the company at local, regional and national industry and society conferences (as directed by Sales Management) to maximize opportunities by targeting specific clients to gain sales leads, pursue meetings and establish business partnerships to promote the company’s products, market reach and credibility
· Respond to client requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner
· Manage medical device order submission and documentation process, coordinating and communicating with Authorization and Billing Teams to ensure the highest conversion rates
· Educate customers and end users to ensure that products are understood, prescribed and used effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
