Location: South Jordan, UT

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

FMLA: Exempt

Salary: 80K~$84K (DOE)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales commission budget: 10% of newly generated Gross Profit. Gross Profit budget should be more than 3 times of monthly total expenses. (Researching, analyze and develop new account business.)
• Maintain a high end of customer relations with existing customers through customer visits, problem solving, regular business reviews.
• Submit the daily and monthly sales report via CRM and weekly sales plan to respective Branch manager.
• Handle Sales Lead, Spot Quotation Request or RFQ collaborating with other offices to develop business.
• Participating weekly sales meeting, and sharing sales planning, strategy, or further action items.
• Support operations in Salt Lake City: e.g. attending loading/unloading, pick-up/drop off small urgent freight at courier station or airport etc.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Adequate typing skills (40 – 50wpm) and computer literacy
• Familiarity with basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses)
• Well-versed in all phases of logistics (air freight and ocean freight operations)
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Outstanding, proven sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent presentation skills. Strong analytical skills.
• Through knowledge of PC applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
• Five or more years of sales experience in logistics industry
