About the Position:

We are opening a new The SafeMarket store in Kennesaw, GA, and we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who will also serve as a key holder and primary sales person. As a crucial member of our launch and operations team, your continuous learning is essential, as this store is dynamic, experiencing rapid growth, and will require your expertise. Repeat and referral business is the driving force behind our brands, and your knowledge, confidence, and ability to listen to customers and effectively communicate product information will be the foundation of our company's success and your personal growth..

Performance & Requirements:

• Must be an articulate and effective communicator
• Detailed oriented, tracking customer purchases through completion
• Pricing integrity of in-store merchandise
• Recommend for review & purchase new and refill inventory for in-store sales
• Communications responsibilities for closing sales by overcoming objections, completing necessary paperwork and collecting all needed information for delivery and installation (if applicable). Explaining warranties, service, and the operations of the specific model purchased by the customer.
• Learn and be able to demonstrate all major elements and operating components of the safes and vaults we sell.
• Cleanliness & presentation of showroom & bathrooms
• Proper use, care and maintenance of company equipment and inventory.
• Showroom Merchandising, including unboxing, boxing and moving safes to and from the floor.
• Provide pre-sale, inter-sale and post-sale customer service.
• Have, or be able to obtain, a Georgia Weapons Carry License. Valid Georgia Weapons Carry License required for employment.
• Physically be able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, carry and move items up to 75 pounds without assistance.
• May unload merchandise from inbound transport depending on operational need.
• Able to adhere to a professional code of conduct at all times.
• Able to work efficiently as a team member and independently.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Luxury sales experience is strongly required.
• All other assigned duties.
• Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability Tuesday through Saturday on location. Schedule determined by store manager. Currently Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00am. - 7p.m. EST. (10:00a.m. - 5p.m. Saturday)
• Requires Daily (Monday through Saturday) access to email and responding to customer inquiries. Customer inquiries must be answered within 24 hours.
