Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Be a great communicator.
• Be a great prospector.
• Set personal daily goals
• Use all available prospecting system tools to their maximum capabilities
• Be able to provide a meaningful tours of club studio that can result in a membership.
• Attend all required meeting/ trainings.
• Be timely, well dressed, and ready to work
• Learn required skills to rebuttal any objection in a positive manner.
• Continue your fitness education
• Enforcement of rules and regulations
• Manage daily schedule to complete all appointments, tasks, and duties in a prompt, accurate and timely manner
• Present a healthy lifestyle and fitness professionalism at all times
• Have a thorough understanding of overall club systems and operations, and enforce procedures and policies
• Participate in club check on every shift and maintain club cleanliness
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 1 year in membership sales or the profession of selling.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week/ weekends as well
• Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
