Outside Sales Representative – Territory Manager (Packaging Sales)

Job Description and Benefits

A-ROO Company, a manufacturer and distributor of packaging headquartered in the Midwest, is seeking an energetic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to operate as a Territory Manager at our sales and distribution office in Seguin, TX. Our target markets and main clients include plant growers, flower growers, fresh flower bouquet makers, retail mass market chain stores, bakeries, candy companies, specialty produce, herb growers and industrial/masonry accounts. You will serve our existing client base as well as finding and developing business relationships with new clients and helping us to expand into new markets. Primarily working out of the Seguin office on a daily basis, this position will require that you travel throughout a geographic territory and are out of the office 25% to 40% of the time on average. Job Requirements

As an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager), you must be self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a high level of initiative. You must also have the ability to function effectively on an independent basis while also being able to give and take direction in a team setting.

Specific qualifications for the Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager) position include:

· 3-5 years of proven sales and business development experience

· High degree of personal initiative

· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

· Solid time-management, multitasking and prioritization skills

· Bilingual written and verbal ability in English and Spanish required

· College Degree is a plus!
