Now Hiring - Inside Sales Manager in Hinckley, OH

Futures United is a local remodeling company that is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to bring their passion for sales and customer success to the organization.

As an Inside Sales Manager you would be responsible for the following:

• Management of all Inside Sales activities and processes.
• Daily Coaching, training, evaluating, and monitoring of inside sales representatives’ performance which includes hiring/terminating, disciplining, administering rewards, and all adjustments to headcount and expenses required to achieve and maintain the budget.
• Manage multiple lead generation tools.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings and KPI reviews.
• Gather and report to management information regarding the company, competitors, and current and future market trends.
• Collaborate with sales team on strategy and how to meet customers’ needs.

Qualfications

• 3+ years in a direct sales management role, preferably in the home improvement sector.
• Strong track record of overachievement with experience in coaching a team on outrounding.
• Ability to analyze and problem solve.
• Excellent mentoring and coaching skills for a multi-generational team.
• Organized, resourceful in getting things done, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
