We are looking for a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!

Never worked in the HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical industry before? That is OK, we possess expert knowledge of the industry and offer top-line training to get you going in your new Home Comfort Advisor role!

Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success
  • Minimum of 3 years of business to consumer sales- prior industry experience not required
  • Comfort Advisors will have strong relationship building skills
  • PC computer proficiency and ability to use technology sales tools
  • Ability to drive to customer's locations to meet them face to face
  • Flexibility to workdays, evenings, and some weekends

Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional Responsibilities:
  • Interacting and engaging with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort to help us build customers for life.
  • Efficiently communicate during at-home conversations; helping homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs.
  • Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.
