SIHAI INC is looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our team in our Willowbrook, IL location or other locations in Chicago.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative is to generate sales by selling crystal to new and existing customers. This position requires the representative to develop customer relationships, secure orders, follow up on sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers are satisfied with all products services and solutions offered.
• Maintain current listing of products services and follow up with existing customers to retain current and potential customers.
• Achieve sales goals such as quotas, monthly sales goals, average sales volume, average revenue per product, etc. as established by the Sales Manager.
• Build relationships with customers to maintain customer relationships and identify potential new customers.
• Introduce products to the customer, enliven the atmosphere at work, address customer inquiries, and facilitate transactions.
• Regularly summarize and analyze work experiences to continuously improve the quality.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services offered by SIHAI INC.
• Follow up with new potential customers to ensure they are aware of the services offered by SIHAI INC.

Experience:

• Experience in a B to B or B to C environment preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Experience in crystals retail environments perferred.
• Knowledge of all products services offered by SIHAI INC preferred.
• High school or above degree preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,835.00 - $60,000.00 per year
