Retail Sales Regional Sales Manager in Woburn, MA

- Manage Outside Sales activities by defining sales and marketing strategies for each territory in the branch, setting goals and objectives for the sales force. Monitor and approve sales expenses. Monitor and enforce the use of company approved sales techniques and tools.
- Actively sell company products and services to the branch’s key accounts by making individual or joint sales calls and establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at those accounts. Follow-up on project bids to close orders. Resolve problems with products and services.
- Manage financial activities for the area by preparing preliminary information for the budgeting process, reviewing monthly financial reports, analyzing these reports for opportunities to improve profits and/or reduce costs. Plan and implement plans to improve the areas’ financial results. Review financial information with branch outside sales personnel.
- 5+ years experience or training in industrial wholesale distribution; preferably in the pipe, valve and fitting industry.
- 3 years of outside sales experience.
- 3 years of Management experience.
