• Sales/Relationship management experience, knowledge of commercial construction and tenant improvement/maintenance processes.
• Be the Face and Voice of Rubicon to our clients/customers
• Become the person they rely on to solve their problems or assist them in solving issues.
• Personally, coordinate and supervise small to mid-size tenant and commercial project(s).
• Prepare Budgets, Cost Estimates, Schedules, and Permit Paperwork
• Prepare Estimates, Contracts and Project Proposals either personally or with Project Manager and present to our Customer.

• Manage scheduling of both internal Rubicon employees and external subcontracted trade partner employees.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Problem solve to address delays, emergencies, and other issues
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety laws as well as legal requirements.
• Always be the example of what Rubicon expects in these areas, i.e., PPE, professions appearance, timeliness, etc.

• Oversee and manage the Change Order Process
• Oversee and manage the RFI Process
• Collaborate as needed with, Architects, Engineers, and construction Personnel
• Continuous communication with Rubicon Management, Project Mangers, and Customers
• Explain contract and technical matters in a consistent and timely manner.

• Superior communication, Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate work
• Attention to detail, presentation, and professional appearance
• Exceptional Time management skills
• Ability to estimate work and time needed to complete Tenant Improvement and construction jobs
• Writing skills
• Excellent technical skills and understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints.
