Position Summary
The National Account Representative is responsible for the daily management of select existing OEMs, National Resellers and IDNs, as assigned by the Director of National Accounts, while seeking new opportunities. The National Account Rep. will work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to favorably position our product portfolio to our national account targets while developing and executing Channel specific strategies to maintain and drive new business. Leadership of Project management and Sales cycles both Internally and Externally are critical and expected.
Essential Functions
- Executes Annual Sales Plan to grow assigned territory. This includes prospecting, planning, territory management, sales, identifying opportunities, as well as using Curbell Selling System, CRM and Sales Tools. Provide Monthly Status to manager on progress of objectives.
- Meet or Exceed Sales Targets.
- Leadership within and outside of the organization. Asserting yourself as the owner of a process or opportunity ensures reliance and comfort in your ability to deliver a strong outcome. Leading is an integral part of this role, its success and its organizational value.
- Project Management - Provide Clear and compelling information to Marketing for consideration. Prepare Pre Post project proposal work as needed. Prepare Business plans as required. Use criteria such as outlined in Marketing Products requirements document as a guide. Provide customer communication as required.
- Time management is a critical component of this multi functional role. The ability to maintain high levels of efficiencies in your activities is key to driving multiple initiatives and delivering high quality results.

Job Specific Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task as well as have a high sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
- Must also possess strong PC skills including Microsoft Office.
Experience
Required- 2 year(s): Sales or national accounts
